Return & Refund Policy
1. Return Window
Products can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. Items must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging intact.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used safety masks and respirators (for hygiene reasons)
- Items purchased during clearance sales
- Customized or personalized products
- Items without original packaging or serial numbers removed
3. Return Process
- Contact us with your order number and reason for return
- Receive return authorization number (RMA)
- Ship the item back to us with RMA number clearly marked
- We inspect the returned item
- Upon approval, refund is processed within 5-7 business days
4. Return Shipping
Defective Items: Return shipping is free for defective or damaged items. We provide prepaid shipping labels.
Change of Mind: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. However, we offer a 10% discount voucher for future purchases.
5. Refund Method
- Online payments: Refunded to original payment method
- Cash on Delivery: Refund by bank transfer (details required)
- Store credit: Available at 105% of purchase amount
6. Defective Items
If you receive a defective product, contact us within 7 days of purchase with photographic evidence. We will arrange replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
7. Exchange Policy
If you need a different size or variant, we offer free exchange within 15 days of purchase (if the original item is unused).
